ZUPZUP Analyzer guide

A practical browser audit for search visibility, AI answer readiness and accessibility.

Run an analysis

  1. Open the page you want to inspect.
  2. Click the extension icon or your ZUPZUP bookmarklet.
  3. Wait for the page audit and optional network checks to finish.

Choose the interface language

Use the KO/EN switch in the panel header. This changes labels and recommendations only; it does not rerun the page, change its detected language or create a second report.

Read the scores

SEO covers search discovery, GEO covers generative-engine visibility, AEO covers answer extraction and A11Y covers accessibility. Open any of the nine categories to see the evidence behind its score.

Work through findings

Start with the priority list, then open the relevant category. When a finding points to a visible element, select the card to locate it on the original page. Apply the fix and run a fresh analysis.

AI citation checks and Pulse Trial

  1. Create five customer questions from the current public page without signing in, then review or edit them.
  2. Verify your email before the first real citation check. The extension and your personal bookmarklet then share one Pulse workspace and quota.
  3. Run up to five immediate checks with OpenAI Codex web search. Automatic tracking, recurring checks and change alerts require a paid plan.
  4. The free 15-day snapshot window begins with the first successful citation check. After it ends, new writes stop and existing dashboard history remains read-only for 90 more days.

Question creation and citation checks are explicit actions. The core 84-check page audit continues to run locally in the browser.

Paid users can open the install page, enter their billing email and confirm the email link to create a personal bookmarklet. If you already have a connection token, open “Advanced · use a connection token” on the same page and connect immediately. Both methods use the existing paid Pulse workspace and history.

Exports

Copy the full report or a category as JSON. Citation results can also be exported as CSV, Markdown or JSON in the current interface language.

Privacy

When you explicitly create AI questions, a filtered excerpt of public page copy is sent to Anthropic Claude. When you explicitly run a citation check, the public URL, selected questions and brand terms are sent to OpenAI Codex. Passwords, form values, cookies and browsing history are not sent. Limitations

Browser security policies can prevent a bookmarklet from loading. Use the Chrome extension in that case. Citation observations are point-in-time web-search evidence and can differ from another consumer chat session.
